Gaspar is the CEO of GC Wen Management Corporation and has been a Wendy's franchisee for 31 years. He currently operates 28 restaurants in southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania. Gaspar has served on the Board of the New York DMA since 1998 and is also a current board member of Quality Supply Chain Co-op. (QSCC)

Gaspar holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Economics from Fordham University. He and his wife, Christina, currently reside in Wall, New Jersey
